Shipping Policy

Mr. Bob Javenous, a humble bison farmer, and his farmhands do their best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If mistakes are made, they will fix them.

Here are the estimated processing and delivery times of your JACK LABRADOR decks of cards.

Processing

Processing of orders takes place during normal business and farming hours, Monday through Friday Eastern Time in the USA. Figure about 1-2 days for processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping

JACK LABRADOR ships domestically and to a few international destinations.

We ship from our bison farm in the beautiful state of New Jersey and if you live close to there, you'll get it quicker.

The United States Postal System and FEDEX provide delivery time estimates, but do not guarantee them, so 2-8 business days for domestic delivery is to be expected. International shipping is longer.

If you made an error entering your shipping address and delivery could not be made, JACK LABRADOR is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
